These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StageWhisper (“App”), a premium mobile application for iOS and Android operated by the developer based in Tokyo, Japan (“Developer”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Upon valid purchase of the one-time fee (USD $9.99) via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes.

2. No Accounts

The App does not provide user accounts. Access is tied solely to your app store purchase and installation on your device.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law.
  • Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

4. Functionality Disclaimer

The App provides haptic timing cues. Timing precision may vary depending on hardware, operating system behavior, battery conditions, and device limitations. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use of the App.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App.

8. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

9. Modifications

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
